Master Confections has recently been appointed the UK agent for De Truffel, who produce a superlative range of chocolates that are ideal for use as Petit Fours. Their products include mini truffles and chocolates, pates de fruits and their innovative chocolate dessert lollipops. The English range incorporates hand made chocolates and truffles, whereas the Fair Trade range has a more continental slant.

In addition to our petit fours we also offer orangettes and citronettes (orange & lemon peel covered in chocolate), glacéd fruits dipped in chocolate and florentines.
